Dr. Jack Davies is an orthodontist who has a unique blend of excellent clinical skills and deep empathy and compassion for patients. His educational background and experience are second to none, but it is his ability to connect and care for others that truly sets him apart. The addition of Dr. Davies will make the DCO experience even better.
Dr. Davies holds a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Pennsylvania and he was inducted into the national dental honors society, Omicron Kappa Upsilon. In addition, he completed a rigorous two-year specialty residency in orthodontics at the University of Pennsylvania.
Upon completion of dental school and prior to his orthodontic residency training, Dr. Davies served in the U.S. Navy as a Lieutenant Dentist for four years. During that time, he was deployed on the USNS Comfort for a five-month humanitarian medical mission to twelve countries in Central and South America. He has been awarded the United States Health Professions Scholarship, Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal, Humanitarian Service Medal, and National Defense Service Medal.
In addition to his skills in the field of orthodontics, Dr. Davies has many interests and hobbies. In his spare time, he enjoys running, tennis, music, art museums, traveling, trying new restaurants in Philadelphia, and spending time with his family.
